es tut so gut von dir zu hören, trotz der widrigen Umstände.
So weit......, so gut an unserem Ende - und niemand in unserer Familie oder von unseren Freunden ist mit dem Virus infiziert.
Es ist solch eine furchtbare globale Situation!
Ja, ich hatte geplant in diesem Jahr zu kommen, wahrscheinlich für das letzte Mal, weil ich glaube, dass wir dafür später nicht mehr die Kraft haben werden.... so, es ist ziemlich blöde, aber wir können nichts an der Situation ändern.
Ich bin leider nicht gut darin, meine Gedanken zu diesem Thema zu übermitteln, weil ich es zu persönlich und schmerzvoll finde. Tut mir leid. Ich würde mich aber trotzdem sehr freuen, wenn du mir Kopien von den Zeitungsausschnitten, die mit der jährlichen Zeremonie zu tun haben, schicken könntest. Ich danke dir dafür!
Wir denken oft an dich und die anderen Freunde von Belzig. Wir wünschen euch das Beste und Hoffnung.

Dearest Ramona,
It's so good to hear from you despite of the circumstances.
So far ..., so good our end - and nobody in our family or any of our friends have caught the virus.
It's such an horrific global situation.
Was planing to come over this year for the last time as don't think will have the strength to do so anymore later than that. ..so quite an upset but can't be helped.
Am not very good at transmitting my thoughts on the subject as find it too painful and personal. Sorry.
Would really appreciate though if you could send me copies of newspaper clips relating to the memory of the annual ceremony if any published. Thank you for that.
